Engine Alliance, LLC, a joint venture between RTX Corporation, Pratt & Whitney Division and GE Aerospace ("EA") makes this website available to customers, suppliers, employees, and shareholders. This website, including information and material presented on it (collectively, the "Website") are the property of EA. Use, duplication, and disclosure of the Website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Use of the Website shall be deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any person accessing the Website is considered a User and such access shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations, EA grants Website Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, limited license to access, use and display this Website. This license is not a transfer of title to the Website. Users must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices on all copies of the Website. In addition, Users may not modify the Website in any way or reproduce, publicly display, perform, distribute, create derivative works of, or otherwise use the Website for any public or commercial purpose, except as these Terms and Conditions specifically permit. Users may not use the Website to design, manufacture, or repair parts, or to obtain FAA or other government approval to do so without EA’s express, written permission.
You must comply with all virus control protocols established on the Website and you may not:

Certain links on the Website launch Internet sites that EA does not control ("Linked Internet Sites"). Users have the option to submit information and materials related to use of the Website to EA by e-mail, through the Website, or by other means to provide feedback, ask questions, or for other purposes ("Submitted Information"). Users expressly grant, or warrant that the owner of the Submitted Information has expressly granted to EA a world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and prepare derivative works of the Submitted Information, in whole or in part and without any obligation of attribution, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, subject to EA’s General Privacy Notice. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN ANY APPLICABLE ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, EA PROVIDES THIS WEBSITE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN ADDITION, EA DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THIS WEBSITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
You hereby release and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless EA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, and the employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives, and subcontractors of each of them, from and against all liabilities, claims, damages and losses, of any nature, including, but not limited to, any and all damages, of whatever type; costs fees; expenses; and judgments incident thereto for all injuries to any and all persons including officers, agents, and employees, and for any and all lost profits, business interruption, loss of information or programs or other data on either party’s information handling system, loss of or damage to property, and loss of use thereof, arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with use of the Website provided under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, to the extent caused by your negligence or willful misconduct, or your subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, and the employees, directors, officers, agents, representative, and subcontractors of each of them. EA maintains and controls this Website from the United States of America. EA makes no representation that this Website is appropriate or available for use outside the United States. Access to this Website from territories where the Website's contents are illegal is prohibited. If Users access this Website from outside the United States, they are responsible for complying with all local laws. The laws of Connecticut govern the Website’s content and use, without giving effect to any of Connecticut’s conflict of law principles or rules.
Upon written notice of a problem or dispute in connection with the Website or these Terms and Conditions, the parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve any such issue or dispute within sixty (60) days of the written notice. Any claim or action relating to or arising out of the Website or these Terms and Conditions shall be brought before a court of general jurisdiction in the State of Connecticut, United States of America. The parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the State of Connecticut.
Certain technical data on this Website may be export controlled by the United States Government. If you have access to export controlled technical data, you agree to comply with all regulations that prohibit the release of export controlled technical data to non-US nationals without an export license. These regulations include the US Department of Commerce’s Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the US Department of State’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). EA may require you to certify periodically that you are complying with applicable export regulations.
